Montana Fishburne Prostitution Charges Stayed, Laurence Fishburne's Daughter starring in Sextape for Vivid Entertainment

Montana Fishburne may have done some things to upset her actor father Laurence Fishburne before he found out she was starring in a sextape for Vivid Entertainment under her new stage name, Chippy D.

E Online is reporting that Montana Fishburne was arrested in March 2010 for various trespassing charges including solicitation (prostitution).

Montana Fishburne pleaded no contest to a number of misdemeanor charges including solicitation. She received 2 years probation and 15 days of community service.

As part of her probation, Fishburne was also ordered to not charge (or attempt to charge) money for sex; have sex in a public place or a place "exposed to public view"; hitchhike or otherwise engage drivers in conversation; and loiter in alleys or public streets "with the intent to solicit acts of prostitution."

Basically, don't go out and be a hooker.

The 19-year-old was also ordered to complete an AIDS-education class and submit to an AIDS test.
