The MTV Movie Awards Brought Out Many Stars on the Red Carpet and We've Got Those Photos For You Plus Some Highlights From the Show

Aside from all the fashions and glamor on the red carpet, many people are buzzing about Tom Crusie coming back as Les Grossman from Tropic Thunder and he performed Get Right with Jennifer Lopez. Although somewhat creepy it was very funny and brought the whole audience to their feet.

Katy Perry and Snoop Dog opened the show with a rendition of Perry's new hit California Gurls, with her sporting a bright blue wig and Daisy Duke shorts.

Ed Helms and Ken Jeong from The Hangover performed a hilarious interpretive dance with Jeong in such a tiny small tiger-print leotard that many audience members were just thankful it stayed in place.

Not surprisingly, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart won for best kiss, but just like last year they teased the audience by leaning in to kiss and then not; thankfully Sandra Bullock and Scarlett Johansson did kiss to make up for it.

Perhaps unfortunately, Russell Brand and co-star Jonah Hill did kiss for the 'kiss cam' and left little to the imagination.

It was a touching and somewhat triumphant moment for Sandra Bullock when she accepted her Generation award; she looked great, she was funny, she appeared with Betty White, and Jesse James was no where in sight.

Christina Aguilera continued to channel Madonna when she performed a number of songs from Bionic and finished her numbers with a LED red heart pulsing on her crotch.

The whole night was designed to remind you that Jersey Shore season 2 is premiering soon on MTV and Enrique Iglesias debuted his new video I Like It featuring the cast of Jersey Shore and Pitbull.

Kristen Stewart picked up Best Female Performance and Robert Pattinson won Best Male Performance and Peter Facinelli may be in trouble for saying the 'F' word one too many times during his speech for Best Movie for New Moon and not all of them could be bleeped out.
