Muslim Charges of Bigotry for Bouchard-Taylor Commission
Opinion

Again, The Muslim community plays the Cultural Race Card by accusing "Quebec Bigotry" at the Bouchard-Taylor Commission in Quebec. Why? One wonders if it has anything to do with Quebec and Canadians in general wanting to retain their own culture and identity. But then Quebec being predomionately Roman Catholic with Easter celebrations, Canadians preferring their Christmas Trees not being called Holiday Trees. The La Belle Province St. Jean Baptiste Day celebrations, Crucifixs in some small town schools.
Most likely it is Quebecers non acceptance of an religious faith whereby women are treated as second class citizens or as Imam's in Canada adequately put it when speaking on National Television on Micheal Coren's show and in the media the world over; Non muslim women in Canada deserve to be raped because of their provocative dress and are just pieces of meat to be had by Muslim men.
This Imam went on to say that Islams and Imams wish in Canada is to have all of Canada to be a Islamist society and laws instituted in Canada, as currently Islamists believe Islamic law trumps Canadian Liberal laws.
My Final Thought
Certainly a fine way in endearing themselves into Canadian and Quebec society. But then when groups do not get their own way Racism and Bigotry Cards are routinely played by all.
Quebecers, like all Canadians have no problem whatsoever with any immigrants wishing to make Canada their home, just do not raise our hackles by trying to change our culture and Canadian Identity and replace it with your own.
If we were living in your country we would do no less and respect your culture and laws. I would like to think Canada respects all Cultures and Races, just do not influence your beliefs on others, as we are all considered equal in this GREAT Country.

The Bouchard-Taylor commission on reasonable accommodation has fanned the flames of racism and Islamophobia by offering a platform to people with extremist views, a coalition of Muslim and social justice groups contends.
Instead of dealing with such issues as the exploitation of immigrant, home-care and migrant workers, the commission has sought to deal with minor irritants, speakers from various groups said yesterday.
All that is being accomplished is "washing dirty clothes in public," said Carmen Chouinard, a member of the Centre Islamique Libanais.
"There was no problem in Quebec. Were people being beaten in the streets, assassinated? Not at all. Things were going well," she told reporters.
Nazila Battache, of No One Is Illegal, claimed the commission's agenda deflects public attention away from such issues as the war in Afghanistan.
May Haydar, of the Al-Hidaya Association, said the reasonable-accommodation debate was "fabricated, manipulated" because "there is no crisis."
Poverty and street gangs in Montreal are the real issues, she continued, while Muslim women with headscarves, Sikh men with kirpans and Jews with skullcaps are not threats.
The coalition, under the banner Refusing Intolerance in Quebec, plans to organize a series of demonstrations to underline its stance on these issues.

Don't stop there. Go on.
These people are not above using very underhanded methods to get their way, witness Australia, France and other countries, where teams of Muslim boys and young men have gone out and raped young women and girls, with the tacit approval of their spiritual advisors.
Barry Artiste, you've convinced me you've done the work - it's authentic. I also think that you've been fair and thorough. I didn't get the sense that you were hiding your biases, or passing off other's work as your own. Or worse -- getting paid by those you cover -- so it's transparent and independent. I also think you deserve praise for being an eyewitness, and for your investigative efforts. Good stuff.

Thanks Rene, my coworker and friend Parm a moderate Muslim agrees with my story and is a wealth of information in Islam, He like most Canadians know groups like these are a minority. Pretty much any culture or religion who believe they are better than anyone else needs to give their head a shake.
