My Message to Obama

I submitted this image because I wanted to convey what was in my heart. There were so many things I could have said like "Congratulations", "I Voted for You", "We Did It!!", or even "Yes We Can!” But what weighed heaviest on my heart and mind was Barack Obama's safety and the safety of his family.

I know that Barack Obama will continue to make headlines, knock down barriers, and change the world. I also know that there are people out there that would risk their freedom and even their own lives to prevent change that includes all people. President Obama will bring change as he has promised, not to just the people who voted for him, not to just Americans, but to the people of the world. I believe that 100%!

I know it's a long shot that President Obama will ever see my message. I doubt he really needs to. But, just in case this message does reach him, I would like him to know my prayers are with him, his family and those whose job it is to keep them safe.
