A former circuit judge, 48, of Mobile, Alabama has been charged with sodomy and kidnapping , extortion, sex abuse and assault, against 15 current and former prisoners. That is wrong on way too many levels to even think about, except the NCAA involvement. That defense is just dumb in this case.
