Nadja Benaissa, 26, the German star from the country's most successful girl group 'No Angels', has been arrested on suspicion of sleeping with a few partners and not telling them she is HIV positive. She apparently had unprotected sex with three men, one of which has tested positive for HIV as well, but Benaissa did not tell them.
She was arrested in Frankfurt before she was set to perform a solo concert, and now she faces charges of grievous bodily harm.
The prosecutor's office in the western town of Darmstadt said Ms Benaissa had been detained because of the "urgent suspicion" that she slept with three people between 2004 and 2006, without telling them she was HIV-positive.
No Angles started in 2000 on the TV show Popstars, and is Germany's most successful girl band.

shit at all!! Immoral persons get a popularity and then do what they want.

It was very wrong of her to have unprotected sex with these men without telling them that she was positive. However, you have to KNOW that you are putting your life on the line everytime. Blaming someone else for your own actions did not work in elementary and it does not work now. I bet everyone is sweating bullets right now because they "remember the time". Cute don't mean negative neither does having a nice body or liking, even loving someone. TRUST IS OVERRATED. Ask the guy she infected.

Honetstly, I am blaming both paries I mean Nadja and her HIV victims. For Nadja she ought to have told them she was HIV positive before Sex. Infact she is obliged to insist on the use of Condom.
The same goes to a sensible and reasonable adult in this new Millenium that unprotected Sex is as dangeous a nd sucidal. So the point is that you and I must make use of condom especially when having sex with unknown and untested person.
Beauty and good looking does not play a significant role in determning who has or does not have Sexuallly transmitted diseases such as HIV and others.
Even your wife to be incase of marriage proposal it is sensible that you both(both parties) undergo test before unprotected sex.
