The National Enquirer is obsessed with the story of Whitney Houston's death. Shortly after the singer's death, the Enquirer published a fake Whitney Houston death photo on its cover. Now the tabloid is set to publish a real Whitney Houston death photo on its cover.

The Enquirer apparently got its hands on a photo of Whitney Houston's dead body. The photo shows the late singer in a casket at the Whigham Funeral Home in New Jersey.

Not surprisingly, some people are outraged at the Whitney Houston death photo. Gossip Cop says the Whitney Houston death photo is in "astoundingly poor taste." Perez Hilton is equally outraged.

The National Enquirer has a history of celebrity death photos. Years ago, the tabloid shocked readers by publishing a photo of a dead Elvis Presley. It also published an Anna Nicole Smith death photo.
