Nelly Furtado told her Twitter followers that she will donate the money she was paid by Muammar Gadhafi's family to perform a private show to charity.

The amount: $1 million. Furtado was hired to perform a set at an Italian hotel in 2007. She did not clarify which charity or charities will get the money.
