Spokane, WA- The Armed Forces & Aerospace Museum will be built at Spokane International Airport on a site adjacent to I-90. It will allow visitors the opportunity to celebrate important stories of the experience of veterans from all services in the context of regional history and technological development. Aircraft, unique vehicles, rare photographs and valuable personal artifacts will provide entertaining educational enrichment opportunities. Conferencing facilities, classrooms, galleries for traveling exhibits and a restoration center will attract visitors and users of all ages to programs and special events. The museum will be a popular gathering place for educational and entertaining activities, employing the aerospace theme to advance interpretation of science and technology. The museum has been designed by Madsen Mitchell Evenson & Conrad Architects, Coffman Engineers, Taylor Engineering, Logic, Inc. and Edquist Davis Exhibits. This video, and the companion brochure "Stories of Service" outlining dozens of exhibits not shown in the animation, are being used to campaign for public and private funds to make this dream a reality.
