New Hebrew book: "Yellow Badge Album"

Author Ze’ev Barkan published a new book (in Hebrew) titled: "Yellow Badge Album".  

The book includes dozens of pictures of art works in which the symbol of the yellow badge appears explicitly or implicitly.

The Yellow Badge symbol is among the most moving symbols in the human history. It arouses strong feelings of identification with the fear and with the suffering of the holocaust victims. Processing these feelings through art works provides us, the viewers of these creations, with an additional bypassing way to remember and to respect the six million Jews that perished by the hands of the Nazis during Second World War.
