Do you know enough about U.S. history, government and politics to pass the same test that new candidates for citizenship will have to take?

Immigration authorities have just issued the new citizenship test, publishing a final list of 100 questions geared toward making the quiz more meaningful. Citizenship applicants will get the new test starting in October 2008.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced last December it would revamp the test to move away from easily memorized facts to stress the fundamental concepts of American democracy.
