Nickelback Dark Horse Tour Dates: Summer 2009

Nickelback has announced the summer 2009 dates for the North American leg of the band's Dark Horse tour. Nickelback recently kicked off on the first leg of the North American Dark Horse concert tour and will briefly detour for a few UK shows before starting the second leg in July.

The 30-city tour leg picks up July 10 at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center in Darien Center, NY, and wraps September 9 at Journal Pavilion in Albuquerque, NM. Stops include a July 24 concert at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA, an August 19 performance at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Oh, and an August 31 event at Sleep Train Amphitheatre in Wheatland, CA.

The summer tour will feature Hinder, Papa Roach and Saving Abel as supporting acts. Fan club presales kick off March 9, followed by public on-sales on March 13. Live Nation, which holds a 360-degree touring and recording deal with Nickelback, is producing the tour.

Nickelback is touring behind the November 18 release "Dark Horse," which hit No. 2 on the Billboard 200 despite being widely panned by critics. The disc is a follow-up to 2005's "All the Right Reasons," an album that's seven-time multi-platinum standing categorizes the hard rock crew as anything but a dark horse.

I seen Nickelback in 2006 in Columbus Ohio. It was an awesome show and I am so looking forward to seeing them in Cuyahoga Falls!!! And as an added bonus, I get to see Hinder!
