Spotted in Levenshulme, Manchester UK an Election Billboard for the Conservative Party from the 2010 Election Campaign with a smiling Gordon Brown has had the words "Gordon is a Moron" added to it. The politically vocal vandal will have had to use a ladder to reach the billboard and make the amendment.
