Officer dies to protect us from medical marijuana?

Here is a winner for the audacity award. A citizen named Matthew Stewart growing marijuana for personal medical reasons in Utah, has police break into his house after a knock, and a cop unfortunately is shot and killed by him. This is not the first time that someone has been shot and killed in one of these raids, but they are usually an innocent person shot and killed in a raid on a wrong address. This has happened numerous times. By the way, when an innocent person shoots and kills a cop they mistake for intruders, they usually get a murder one charge.

Well, Matthew Stewart probably will be charged with murder because he shot a cop that supposedly is protecting us from his usage of medical marijuana? Heck, if this guy didn't even need it for medical reasons, I don't care! I don't care! He isn't giving or selling it to little kids. Since he growing it on his own, no money is going to Mexican cartels, as happens because marijuana is illegal.

Well, here is the real audicity part, a Utah DEA agent named Smith is saying that since this guy shot at cops in his house (who probably thought they were intruders) than he will shoot people outside of his house! This cop shouldn't have died but the blood is on DEA agent Smith's hands and the hands of everyone who supports this drug war.
