Oksana Grigorieva Says Mel Gibson Hit and Bruised Their Daughter

And Grigorieva Says She Has the Photos to Prove it

These photos are apparently part of the sealed declaration that Grigorieva has handed in to the court and they will be used along with the audio tapes (if they have not been tampered with) for her to prove that Gibson is not fit to have custody of their daughter. The case is due to be heard before the court on Thursday.

According to RadarOnline, the hitting and bruising occurred on January 6, when Gibson allegedly punched Grigorieva in the face and knocked out two of her front teeth. She was holding their two-month-old daughter Lucia at the time and when Gibson hit Grigorieva, he also struck the baby.

Now Grigorieva says she has photos of Lucia with a bruise on her chin.

On one of the tapes, Grigorieva can be heard asking Gibson what kind of man he is if he can hit a woman while she is holding a child.

In another tape, Gibson tells Grigorieva that he will 'easily' have that child and says that she is not going to have custody of her.
