The Academy Awards 2011 were full of all kind of dresses: some elegant, some that looked like they were put together with duct tape.

Many celebrities seemed to hit the mark this year by dressing for the occasion without overdoing it. The best dressed honours at this year's Oscars go to the likes of Hilary Swank, Sandra Bullock, Halle Berry, and Natalie Portman.
