Packer dynasty welcomes baby Indigo

THE Packer clan has a new member - a baby daughter born yesterday to James Packer and his model wife Erica.

Baby Indigo was born late yesterday afternoon at Sydney's Mater Hospital, delivered without complications days before her due date.

The Mater Hospital, on Sydney's north shore, declined to comment on the birth.

The media and casino mogul and his former model wife were proudly showing off their daughter to family and close friends last night, including Mr Packer's mother Ros and his best mate, Channel 9 boss, David Gyngell.
