Could the hit from the Atlanta American Idol auditions Pants On The Ground sung by General Larry Platt, be getting a record deal very soon?

Jake Records has expressed interest in working with the now famous General Larry Platt and they want his self-written hit Pants On The Ground to become a hot new single.

"General Larry Platt has an energy about him that is infectious," the company's CEO Scott Thomas praised the veteran. "We'd love to work with Mr. Platt to generate some exposure for his original song, but also the causes that he holds near and dear to him."

There has already been a Pants On The Ground remix, and many are already so addicted to the song that once it gets stuck in your head, you can't get it out. Brett Favre was even caught singing Pants On The Ground, and now there is a Pants On The Ground t-shirt.

General Larry Platt did not make it very far in American Idol as he is about 34 years over the cut-off age of 28, but his song has captured America and it may be coming to a brand new CD very soon.
