General Larry Platt is too old to be competing in American Idol as he is almost 63, but as Simon said:

I got the video to the point just before he starts singing, got the recorder on my cell phone ready. Hit record and play at the same time. I recorded all the way to Simon's little age spiel cause I think it's hilarious, then after that point I made it start singing the song again. So I now have a minute and some odd second ring tone of pants on the ground , Cara, MJB, Randy, And the GORGEOUS simon cowell =]
