Parents revolt against public schools using choice option

No matter whether a neighborhood is blue or white collar, parents are demanding a better education for their children than what too many public schools have offered. 

Charter schools, parochial schools, and home schools choice have given them the opportunity to decide for themselves where students can receive the best education. 

Having a teachers' credential no longer enjoys the status it had during previous generations. Today the quality of the education comes first so some charter schools do not require the certification. And the home schooling mother may not even have a college education. 

As school choice changes the face of education in America, could public schools become obsolete?
