Paris Nightlife: Where to go for a good time...

Oh Paris… You could probably go almost anywhere in Paris and still have a wonderful time, but I thought I’d help you out a little and present you with my favourite Paris nightlife spots.

Bar Hemingway at the Ritz Hotel: Yes, this is VERY pricey but soooo worth it for just one drink. And if you play your cards right, some charming gentleman or sophisticated cougar may just buy you a glass of champagne. It happened to me and it can happen to you. Colin Field, the head bar man, will take very good care of you and become your new best friend if you’re lucky… I was, lucky that is. Be prepared to spend at least 40 euros per drink. Yikes!

Hotel Costes: Ooh la la. This hotel just around the corner from le Ritz is tres opulent. Dripping with young millionaires and aristocrats, the lounge is the who’s who of chic France and Europe. My advice: chill out at the bar, not a table, where you will be served delectable cocktails by Greg, the cute bartender, and will hopefully be approached by a handsome Italian soccer player or two. After flirting with Greg, ask him where the after party is… he’ll fill you in and even give you his mobile number to meet up with him later. Please do not make the same mistake I did of NOT calling him. Call him, take him down and tell me how it was so I can live vicariously through you.
