Patrick Swayze checks into hospital with pneumonia

Patrick Swayze has checked himself into hospital with pneumonia and has pulled out of his press tour.

Swayze is battling inoperable pancreatic cancer, and it has been suggested that he only has two years to live.

A&E president Abbe Raven announced at a meeting of the Television Critics Association where Swayze was scheduled to appear Friday to discuss his upcoming police drama "The Beast."

This is very sad. I hope that somehow his health can turn around.

I am a big fan of Patrick Swayze. A couple of months ago, a friend of ours was diagnosed with lymph cancer which had spreaqd to his marrow and his spleen. It was so pervasive that Kemo would kill him, so he went on a 30 day liquid fast, directed by alternative practitioners and nutritionists, including a regiment of detoxing, cleansing, and a change in his life style.
