GUADALAJARA, Jalisco, February 11.- As part of the festivities for the 468th anniversary of Guadalajara’s foundation, local authorities prepared a wide range of free activities that includes concerts, music, dance, workshops, conferences, etc. that are currently taking place all around the city.

Next Sunday, on the official day of Guadalajara’s foundation which happens to coincide with San Valentine’s day,  Pepe Aguilar, the five times Grammy Award Winner will please his fans having as scenery the Plaza de la Liberación (Liberation Square) at downtown Guadalajara.

Tickets for the concert are being distributed totally free at touristic information modules since Tuesday. The tickets will give the right to have a sit on the nearly 3000 chairs that have been disposed on the square; however, it is important to remember that sits are not numerated and for that reason authorities will allow the entry for those with no tickets after the end of the first song. The concert is announced to start at 8 pm; authorities recommend arriving one hour before to assure your sit.

For those with no ticket, there is still the chance to enjoy the concert on the rest of the square, which will remain open while the concert takes place. It will also be allowed to bring your own chair into the rest of the square area. Alcohol drinks won’t be allowed.
