Peter Falk's Columbo Was Known For His Classic Line, 'Just One More Thing'

Actor Peter Falk died on June 23, 2011. The actor was best-known for playing the TV detective Columbo.

Back in the 70s, Columbo was a staple of network television. The frumpy detective always seems out of sorts and confused, rambling on with inane questions in the hopes of getting suspects to give away clues to the case.

Then as he was leaving, he would turn around and say: "Just one more thing" and ask one final question, one that inevitably proved vital to the case.

It was a catchphrase way cooler than anything David Caruso ever came with on CSI: Miami.

The "just one more thing" line became synonymous with Falk and Columbo, summing up the character's charms. The line has inspired countless bad Columbo impressions and even a music remix.
