Pixar's UP Box Office

Early Friday estimates for Pixar's Up are $20.5 million. Although be aware that the movie is playing in 3D which means that people are paying extra. So, less people saw it than the numbers are indicating. Either way, money is money so Disney and Pixar are gonna have something to celebrate on Monday.

update 1 - Friday box office is $21.4 million.

update 2 - Saturday estimate is $26 million.

update 3 - Weekend box office is $68.2 million

update 4 - As a result of many school children starting summer vacation, Up has grossed big numbers during the weekday. On Monday it grossed $6.2 million and on Tuesday $6.4 million. Its total is $80.7 million. 

update 5 - Wednesday and Thursday box office continued the $6 million per day streak, but it looks like on Friday things got a little interesting. While the movie grossed an impressive $13.5 million (early estimate) it got beat by Hangover which grossed $17 million (early estimate).
