Pope Benedict Wears Baseball Cap To Stay Cool, Photo

His Holiness, Pope Benedict XVI, clearly is not above switching head gear to keep cool in the blistering heat on an Italian summer.

Pope Benedict XVI was walking in the gardens of his summer residence in Cstel Gandolfo outside Rome when this photo was taken.

Rather than baseball caps, we are usually used to seeing photos of Pope Benedict XVI wearing more elaborate head gear - like the accompanying photo which illustrates the head gear the Pope wears while delivering mass.

The pontiffs next major trip will be to England in September.
