This could be a Photoshop job. Our budget here at
miamipress excludes us from the investigation or we would have sent one
of our experts to Poland to investigate this apparent miracle.

This fiery figure is being hailed as Pope John Paul II making an appearance beyond the grave.

The image, said by believers to show the Holy Father with his right hand raised in blessing, was spotted during a ceremony in Poland to mark the second anniversary of his death.

Details appeared on the Vatican News Service, a TV station in Rome which specialises in religious news broadcasts.

Great stuff -- yeah, it could be a Photoshop job or a just a freak flame or anything. Great stuff though!

mpress, thank you for this. I guess it's better than seeing the Virgin Mary in an oil stain or a burrito, I suppose. She always gets the worst places to appear; I'd file a complaint if I were her.
