Pretty Wild TV Show: Stars Tess Taylor - Alexis Neiers Arrested

Pretty Wild TV show debuts on Entertainment Network: Realty Show Tess Taylor, Alexis Neiers and Gabby Neiers: Alex Neiers connected to Bling Ring Crew.
Realty is getting a little bit too wild for the Pretty Wild TV show.
Pretty Wild is a reality TV show which follows three budding Hollywood socialite sisters, Alexis Neiers, Tess Taylor and Gabby Neiers. Well Pretty Wild and one of its stars Alexis Neiers is caught up in a police investigation.
After a police raid, one of the sisters, Alexis Neiers, 18, has been charged with first degree residential burglary and could potentially face up to 6 years in prison. Police say Alexis Neiers is part of what is being called the bling ring - a group of 6 thieves who allegedly targeted the homes celebrities including Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, and Megan Fox, and in Neiers case, Orlando Bloom.
The arrest had in October and subsequent trial is being scheduled but the all the attention is coming now because the Pretty Wild TV show just debuted on the E Network on March 14th - a dubious marketing opportunity for the producers of Pretty Wild.
"If marketing a felony is a way to get buzz going, then to a network it's a no-brainer. It's cheesy, it makes crime cool, and it may make you want to take a shower after you watch," said Marty Kaplan, a professor at the USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism.
E! declined to make Neiers, who has pleaded not guilty, or her mother, who also appears on the show, available to discuss the program. Suzanne Kolb, E! president of marketing, news and online, defended the decision to continue with "Pretty Wild."
'You can't be shooting a reality show and be upset when reality happens. . . . [Neiers' family] didn't become less interesting when this happened," she said.
Meanwhile, the Pretty Wild TV show itself is getting scathing reviews with the Los Angeles Times saying it is the show brings 'Western Civilization one step closer to its final collapse.' The show is being executive produced by comedian Chelsea Handler ( a smart cookie) so one wonders if the whole concept is some kind of elaborate put on but then again maybe it isn't.
Tess Taylor turns out is not actually a sister to Gabby and Alexis Neiers.
Tess is neither Andrea's daughter nor Alexis' sister, although she does live with the Neiers at times. This is not mentioned in the series premiere, nor is the fact that Tess has herself been naked for Playboy; as Tess Taylor Arlington, she was a Cybergirl of the Week in July 2009. You can look it up.

What's unethical about it? It's a good show that's funny and real for the most part. If you dont like watching it then turn away nobody is forcing you, and beside why ruin their fun and fame? To me it sounds like you're too uptight and expect perfection! What is happening in their lives is none of your concern. Plus im sure they are having a pretty difficult time without your evil concern of destroying them. You should just lay off and go to church or whatever it is that you do because nobody is perfect, and if this were happening to you? Why on earth don't the stars who were stolen from get some peers together and put some pressure on E! to remove the show from the air? I would think they would not appreciate glorifying the criminal who broke into their homes and stole their possessions. Encouraging others to do the same would certainly not be in the celeb's best interests and E! certainly needs the celebs.
