Princess Sofia, Disney's First Latina Princess, is Drawn White

Disney is introducing its first Latina princess in the Disney Channel TV-movie 'Sofia the First: Once Upon a Princess' on Nov. 18 (video below), but viewers might not know she is Latina just by looking at her. Princess Sofia’s mother, Miranda, has a darker complexion than the other characters, including her daughter, who is drawn very white, reports Entertainment Weekly.
