A boy child working in jermal, a fishing platform about five to ten kilometer away from the sea shore of east coast of North Sumatera, Indonesia. For only about US$ seventeen jermal boys have to work day and night, depending on the tide seasons. The boys may leave jermals only after three month's service. Some call this "a slavery in modern era"
