She is the Queen of Quirk, Veronica Mars, Sarah Marshall and Spooky Elle The Electric Lady in Heroes. The fanboys fave here Kristen Bell talks about her fame and working with crazy Brit comic Russell Brand.

A couple of years ago, Kristen Bell was appearing at San Diego Comic-Con, as she has done every year since starring in cult teen detective hit Veronica Mars, and a couple of fanboys approached her with a big, heavy package. "We've got your mail," they said. This might sound like a stalky thing to do, but no. They had, unwittingly, moved into the San Diego apartment she had vacated three years earlier. When the misdirected package — a foot spa sent as a present from her agent — showed up, they kept it and lugged it all the way to the Comic-Con where they sought out the then-not-as-huge-as-now actress and returned it. "Isn't that ridiculous?" she coos. "That's called being a Good Samaritan.

Ms. Bell and Ms. Jones showed up at Missouri State University to help the Campaign for Change out. Both ladies were extremely kind and seemed well-informed...

I don't know what you want to know here. They're celebrities...campaigning in politics. At least it wasn't like Oprah where you couldn't even be sure if they believed themselves. Ms. Jones and Ms. Bell are both certain of why they believe Sen. Obama should be elected.

Also, in my experience, it's hard to meet two sweeter, kinder, funnier celebrities for the first time anywhere. I'm not sure that's "quirky," (although in Hollywood, perhaps "human" is quirky?) but it definitely made the day of 85 college students gathered around the Strong Auditorium... and me.
