Now there are reports that Radiohead will play a free concert for the Occupy Wall Street protesters. Gawker has reported that Radiohead will play a free show at the  Occupy Wall Street campsite Lower Manhattan's Zuccotti Park. The Occupy Wall Street concert is believed to be scheduled for around 4 pm on Friday, September 30, 2011.

[Update: The Radiohead show for Occupy Wall Street was a hoax. No Radiohead in Zuccotti Park]

Radiohead wouldn't be the first entertainer to try to bring attention to the Occupy Wall Street protests. Actress Susan Sarandon and others have been involved with the protests.

UPDATE: The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Radiohead will not be performing at Occupy Wall Street.
