An Accident Prior to a Radiohead Concert in Toronto Has Left One Dead And Three Others Injured. Here Are Photos
One person is dead after the stage collapsed ahead of a Radiohead concert in Toronto, Canada. On the afternoon of Saturday, June 16, 2012, rescue workers were called in after the stage at Downsview Park collapsed.
One person was declared dead on the scene, one other person was transported to hospital while two other suffered minor injuries.
What Caused the Radiohead Stage Collapse?
No word yet as to what caused the collapse. Weather is not believed to have been a factor.

Radiohead's Toronto concert was cancelled following the tragic accident. The band released the following statement on their website:
Due to unforeseen circumstances the radiohead show at downsview park tonight has been cancelled.
"Fans are advised not to make their way to the venue.
Refunds will be made at point of purchase.
Further information is to follow."
Last year, seven people died after a stage collapsed at the Indiana State Fair.
