Lamb of God's Randy Blythe Arrested

Randy Blythe, frontman for metal outfit Lamb of God, was arrested for manslaughter in Prague.

The Randy Blythe arrest story originates with a Czech-language media outlet called Novinky.cz, and was quickly picked up by several English-language metal sites.

Apparently Randy Blythe was arrested because of an altercation with a fan during a May 24, 2010 performance in Prague. The fan jumped onstage during the show, resulting in a fight with Blythe. The fan later died from his injuries.

According to Kerrang!, lawyers for Lamb of God state that Randy Blythe was "falsely accused".

Lamb of God is postponing their June 28 show at Prague's Rock Cafe.

Meanwhile, there are several videoclips of the May 24, 2010 concert posted by fans on the internet, but we haven't yet seen any footage of the fight that eventually got Blythe arrested.

(Randy Blythe had earlier symbolically thrown his hat in the ring as a Presidential candidate: David Randall Blythe for President.)
