Randy Travis Arrested for DUI August 7, 2012

Country star Randy Travis was arrested late at night on August 7 after he crashed his car near his Tioga, Texas home. Travis was booked for suspicion DUI. Travis refused a Breathalyzer test, so a blood test was taken. Randy Travis was naked when he was pulled over.

According to TMZ, Randy Travis was charged with "retaliation and obstruction" after he supposedly verbally abused one of the arresting officers. Apparently that's a felony, which sounds strange to us.

Why Was Randy Travis Naked?

The report that Randy Travis was naked in his car when he was pulled over emerged later. It's not clear why Travis wasn't wearing clothes. This is Randy Travis' second DUI arrest of 2012.
