Rising dancehall sensation Latifa Brown, more popularly known as TIFA, will be competing against, fellow dancehall and reggae artists, Timberlee, Konshens, General Degree, as well as Dahlia Harris of TVJ in the annual CB Pan Chicken Celebrity Cook Off.

The event will be held this Saturday, September 27th at the Dump Up Beach in Montego Bay at 2:00 p.m. Each contestant will be will be required to submit a breast quarter (breast & wing) and a leg quarter (leg & thigh) or its equivalent to the judges at the end of the cooking time and will be assessed in the areas of taste, flavour of the prepared dish, use of natural ingredients and sanitation of the cooking area.

“I am looking forward to the competition, it should be fun,” stated Tifa while keeping tight-lipped about her secret recipe for the competition.

Zip Jock and artist Nikki Z walked away with the trophy and the title of “Best Pan Chicken Celebrity” in the last celebrity cook off against, Tessanne Chin, Craigy T (TOK), D’Angel and Mr. Lex.

The Winner will receive a Trophy and a donation of two cases of CB Chicken for a charity of their choice.

Tifa just concluded an amazing performance at the Hart Hill Usain Bolt Homecoming Party held on September 20th and is currently busy in the studios. She recently recorded a track for Boardhouse Records on the Clean Sweep Riddim.
