Michael Jackson´s influence continues around the world in many different forms, like sand sculptures and Mariachi music! Mariachis can play Beat it pretty well! Take a look  at the video.

A Michael Jackson monument made of 200 tons of sand is being built at the Borsighallen shopping mall in Berlin, Germany. The event is sponsored by the shops in the mall. The carving takes 10 days to complete (July 20, 2009 to July 30, 2009).

Also in Russia it has been suggested laying a mausoleum right next to Lenin.

Michael Jackson could receive a permanent address in Russia should a very special mausoleum for him be created in Red Square next to Vladimir Lenin’s.

A Russian fan of the King of Pop, showbiz producer Aleksandr Valov, has suggested erecting the most expensive shrine in the world, made from glass and precious stones, in honor of Jackson.

Jackson, Ukraine?

A lawmaker in eastern Ukraine has put forward a proposal to re-name a village after Michael Jackson, the late King of Pop, local media reported.

There are many fans of Michael Jackson in the village who ask to create a house-museum and collect his records there to immortalize him.

The village's municipal council is to consider the plan in August.

Chinese Neverland near Shanghai

Chinese developers are commemorating the late Michael Jackson by building a scaled-down replica of his Neverland Ranch on an island off Shanghai, a state-run newspaper said on Friday.

Investors in the project, which will cost about 100 million yuan ($15 million) to build, hope it will open on Chongming island ahead of next year's Expo in Shanghai, the China Daily newspaper reported.
