Remy Gonzalez, 'Cake Boss' Buddy Valastro's Brother-in-Law, Arrested for Sexually Assaulting a Teenage Girl

Remy Gonzalez, who appears in brother-in-law Buddy Valastro's TLC program Cake Boss, was arrested and charged with first- and third-degreee aggravated sexual assault, second degree sexual assault, third-degree endangering and fourth-degree criminal-sexual contact for allegedly sexually abusing a teenager.

Remy Gonzalez is currently held in Morris County Jail on $300,000 bail.

According to the teen, the assaults took place in East Hanover and Florham Park, New Jersey. When told that the victim would be examined by a doctor, and that any evidence of a sexual assault would be brought to police attention, Remy Gonzalez allegedly admitted to the attacks.

Witnesses also came forward saying that Remy Gonzalez told them about the attacks. No identifying details about the teenage victim have been made public.

He is being held in the Morris County jail in lieu of $300,000 bail.

On Aug. 17, detectives from the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office met with two witnesses, who said the victim claimed to have been sexually assaulted by Gonzalez, the affidavit said.

Wow i am so supprised! i went to the bakery a few weeks ago and was supprised not to see Remy and now i know why. Valastro family, my deepest sympathy.
