The Scrooge Report is ending 2007 with its first annual Top 10 Scrooge Moments of the Year. Week after week, ever since the blog’s kick off in April, This Week’s Top Scrooge has been a regular feature. These top moments come from the weekly feature.
They are placed in no particular ranking…simply a list of dishonors given to some low moments in the year. Please enjoy!

great list - it would proabably be helpful for readers if you told them what The Scrooge Report is...many probably think it has to do with crappy Christmas presents.
