A parade in Trenton honored 2600 New Jersey National Guard Troops who have just returned from active duty in Iraq.  Family members and appreciative citizens lined the streets of Trenton cheering on the troops.  Flags decorated many of the buildings on the parade route.  Marching bands from throughout the state provided music for the march.

Following the parade, a ceremony for the troops and their families was held at Trenton's Soveriegn Bank Arena.

An outdoor event was held for family and friends who were unable to attend the arena event.
