Robot and Frank: A Feel-Good Robot Heist Flick

This looks... awesome. Robot and Frank is about an older guy who's having trouble living alone, so his son gets him an Asimo-esque robot helper. Wouldn't you know it, the robot helps the guy learn how to live again.

Oh, and they commit jewel heists. See? See how awesome this looks? It's got Frank Langella. And Susan Sarandon. And a robot.

Peter Sarsgaard provides the robot's voice. I guess Soul-Bot was unavailable. Check out the trailer for Robot and Frank below.

Bonus Fun Fact: Remember Masters of the Universe, i.e. the worst movie of all time? Frank Langella played Skeletor opposite Dolph Lundgren's He-Man. It was made in 1987, but somehow looks much older. Langella has redeemed himself many times over since then.

Hey, if Mel Gibson can ~~still have a career~~ star in a movie about a beaver hand-puppet, then Frank Langella can star in a jewel-heist robot buddy-movie.
