Rock the Bells 2009 Lineup: Nas, Common, The Roots to Headline
Hip-hop's heavyweights are gathering again for the 2009 edition of the Rock the Bells tour, with Nas, Common, and The Roots scheduled to headline the rap fest's proceedings.
Other artists picked to play include a newly reunited Reflection Eternal (Hi-Tek and Talib Kweli), up-and-comer K'Naan, acclaimed reggae artist Damian Marley, and Big Boi - one half of the acclaimed duo OutKast.
The Wu-Tang Clan will also be in effect, with performances from the RZA and Raekwon, while old school artists will be equally well-represented, as KRS-One, House of Pain, and Supernatural have joined the bill.
A complete list of dates and venues has yet to be announced, however, performances in the following cities have been confirmed:

Los Angeles, CA
San Francisco, CA
Miami, FL
Vancouver, BC
Rock the Bells 2009 performances by KRS-One, House of Pain, Reflection Eternal, Damian Marley, Tech N9ne, K'Naan, RZA, Big Boi, La Coka Nostra, Slaughterhouse, M.O.P., Slum Village, Buckshot, Evidence, Alchemist and more. It will be hosted by KRS-One, Supernatural, Murs and Pete Rock. Additonal artists to be announced. The North American portion of the tour will run from June 27 to August 9. (Guerilla Union)
Ticket information for this year's concert series has yet to be announced, but NowPublic will be updating this story as further details are made available.
Last year's tour was a huge bill that featured legendary artists like A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Rakim, the Pharcyde, and Mos Def.

This show was amazing last year, and the line-up looks great, can't wait to Rock Da Bells !
