Romanian Piano Trio to Perform in Vietnam

The Romanian piano trio will hold a performance on December 15 at the Hanoi Opera House on the occasion of 90th National Day of Romania (1918-2008), co-organised by the Vietnamese Art Performance Organising Centre and the Romanian Embassy.

The trio includes pianist Horia Mihail, violinist Alexandru Tomescu and cellist Razvan Suma. All of them have been associate professors at Transylvania University in Brasov for many years and taught in MA courses in Romania, the USA, Japan, the Philippines, Germany, France and Italy.

The artists will perform works by well-known composers such as Haydn, Beethoven, George Enescu, Buenos Aires and Astor Piazzolla. (Source: VOV)

Update* The piano trio will also have another performance on December 16 at French Cultural Centre, L’Espace, in Hanoi.
