300,000 PEOPLE IN CONNECTICUT REMAIN WITHOUT POWER, SIX DAYS AFTER THE FREAK OCTOBER SNOW STORM that knocked out power from Pennsylvania to New England. Several have died from the outages, and many are getting angry about it. In one community, National Guard troops have been deployed to protect power company workers.

Resiliency is not an accident. In Connecticut it's a pipe dream.
