Sandra Bullock and Jesse James Divorce Details: Marriage is Over

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are Officially Divorced

It is no surprise but Sandra Bullock and Jesse James are husband and wife no longer after the divorce was made final this week.

RadarOnline has a copy of the divorce papers that states:

"IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that B.A.S., Petitioner (Bullock), and J.J.G., Respondent (James), are divorced and that the marriage between them is dissolved,"

The document states that there is no child of the marriage, even though Sandra Bullock now has baby Louis Bardo Bullock as her adopted son. He is not mentioned in the divorce papers because he was adopted right at the end of their marriage, just before their separation. Jesse James has three children from a previous relationship.

The date of the divorce is June 28 2010.

Jesse James has made some claims that he wants to move to the south to be closer to Sandra Bullock, but she is enjoying her time with her new baby in Louisiana and it does not look like a reconciliation is anywhere on the horizon at this time.
