Sandra Bullock 'Single' Facebook Status after Michelle McGee, Jesse James Affair
In what may be one of the most telling signs that the marriage between Sandra Bullock and Jesse James is over, Bullock has changed the relationship status on her official Facebook page to single. While it may seem silly that Bullock's Facebook page could reveal an insight into her current relationship with James, it is the most public response the actress has made regarding her relationship.

The move came only a few days after news of Jesse James' infidelity with tattoo model Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee became public. Bullock and James had been married for five years.
Bullock hasn't made a public statement about the affair, but James' made a public apology to both Bullock and his kids, hoping that they'd one day forgive him for the mistakes he's made.
Sandra Bullock Turns to Hugh Grant for Support
While her Facebook status may say she's single, it's being reported that Bullock has turned to friend and former co-star Hugh Grant for support and advice about her marriage.
Apparently, Bullock is engaging in long phone conversations with Grant to take a decision about the future of her five-year-long marriage.
"Hugh has been a huge support to her. He's always thought extremely highly of Sandra and was really upset to hear about her troubles," a source said.
Grant is the second former co-star that has reportedly helped Bullock in her time of need. There were reports that Keanu Reeves was also giving Bullock advice on her marriage.
At the same time, James finds himself in a legal battle with ex-wife Janine Lindermulder, a porn star currently living in a halfway house for tax evasion. James' had full custody of daughter Sunny, 6, but with the current uncertainty of Bullock and James' marriage, Lindermulder must believe she has a shot at gaining back custody.
Bullock was seen as a stabilizing family influence, and was one of the main reasons James had full custody of the six-year-old girl.

maybe hugh grant should have been giving advice to jesse james as in "DON'T DO IT!" hugh probably told her that it was no big deal and that everyone cheats! :)

You have CLASS so please don't loose it. Move on with your life and win more Oscars.Please also remember the Tattoo lady is not nor ever was your problem she had no commitment to you or the family you were trying to make.Think how lucky you are to have found out now before the numbers got higher and he outdid Woods.He has major problems and you can't fix them so it's his baggage so let him run with it.Remember the saying "If you sleep with dogs you will catch fleas"

Not sure if Sandra reads this or is able to see it and to me she is such a beautiful woman with great poise and just everything. I wish I could meet her and give her a big hug!! :( I feel so awful that she has to go through this...she has kept a very low profile for many years and appears to be very down to earth and doesn't get caught up in the stupid tabloid misc and marries a what appeared to be a good guy and now EVERYTHING is smeared on the net, tabloids t.v. etc. We just need to leave her alone and let them get through this. So what if she calls another man or woman for that matter for friendship, guidance, support or whatever... she is human and her feelings are and have been hurt beyond belief. BIG HUGS SANDRA!!!

I say to give her privacy, it is a personal issue and everyone needs to let her heal. I understand she is in the public eye as a celebraty, yet she is human. She needs time to go through the fazes and then she will heal, so I wish the public would understand that, every person who has had this happen to them needs their time, and she will over come this obsticle because she is a good strong person, but in her own time, and the media needs to back off, there are other stories for their ratings out there..... Been there done that, not an easy thing to go thru a divorce when you have children. Big fan here of Sandra and can't imagine what would possess anyone to cheat on her, he had to be a pretty bad jerk. I personally went thru a seperation and divorce and had three young boys. They stayed with me, the youngest was one year old at the time. He is now 6 and a wonderful boy. Times were tough, my parents are deceased so I had no real support network, not always the best dad, but always 100% committed to my boys. Sandy, wish you all the Best!!!

Sandra did it right. She adopted American. With the homefront in a shambles, the least we can do is support one another. Adopting a fellow American that has been orphaned is one of the best ways we can.
