Sandra Bullock May or May Not Be Moving Forward to Divorce Jesse James, But News Has Surfaced that the Couple Did Sign a Prenuptial Agreement

Perhaps what could be called the one silver lining in this messy 'Jesse James potentially has an affair with a tattooed stripper and hurts America's sweetheart Sandra Bullock' story, is the fact that news has surfaced that the couple did sign a prenup before they married in 2005.

This could be good news for Sandra especially as she is reportedly worth about $85 million, while Jesse James is worth about $10 million.

An 'insider' told E! Online that the couple had not combined their finances:

"They keep everything separate," the insider says. "She has her money and he has his. They both wanted it that way."

The same source went on to say that before the couple even married they had agreed to keep all their money and businesses separate. Even the homes they bought to live in together were not joint purchases (the home they lived in in Orange County belongs to Jesse James entirely), and this source states that Bullock had never taken any money from James and vice versa.

Looking at dividing the assets is a 'worse case scenario' situation, but with Bullock not moving to reconcile with James and not returning to their home, at least they are protected financially if they do divorce.

A close confidant of Jessie James has reported his belief that this affair is all about Money. The theory is… He is married to a woman voted as one of People magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People, who happens to also be the richest actress on the planet… He has an affair (for 11 months) with a porn star! Who is not the richest star on the planet… And is now well on his way to grabbing half of Sandra Bullock’s wealth if he gets his way in court. Its nuts she is worth 85 million and he could get 42.5 million for adultery!!

Mr. James should be ashamed of himself. I hope the sex with "tattoo girl" was worth it, but some how I seriously doubt it. He needs to tie "it" in a knot when away from his wife, that is, if she forgives him. If she does, then she is a better person than I am. Sandra my thoughts and prayers are with you. I hope you find someone who truely deserves you and will love you unconditionally.
