Sandra Bullock has prepared divorce papers for her cheating husband Jesse James, reported RadarOnline on Monday April 5. We are not sure if Sandra Bullock will file the divorce, but if that happens, Jesse James will not get any money from her.

It was reported that a prenuptial agreement indicates that Jesse James won't get any money if the divorce is caused by extra-marital affairs. This may be a relief from all of us who stand behind Bullock, but it does not seem to concern her.

A source told RadarOnline that, "Right now Sandra is not thinking about the money. She's protected financially. She's just trying to deal with this mess."
