Jesse James Has Made a Statement to People Magazine About Sandra Bullock Moving on With Louis Bardo Bullock and Their Divorce

Jesse James has broken his silence about recent events and has opened up about how what has happened between him and Sandra Bullock has left a huge hole in his heart.

He said that his whole life has been filled with 'difficult decisions' and that the decision to let Sandra carry on adopting their son has been the hardest of all.

The love I have for Louis cannot be put to words. Not having him around to love and to hold has left a huge hole in my heart.

He then goes on to talk about Sandra Bullock, but says he needs to work on this addiction first.

Sandy is the love of my life, but considering the pain and devastation I have caused her, it would be selfish to not let her go. Right now it is time for me to beat this addiction that has taken two of the things I love the most in life

Fighting back against his new image in the media, James stated that he is once again going to prove everyone wrong by showing he is not the man most now think him to be. He is going to work on being the best father he can be, and 'the mate Sandy deserves'.

Radar Online reports that Jesse James is holding out hope for a reconciliation, and with that last sentence that may be the case, but considering Sandra Bullock has already filed for divorce, that seems unlikely to happen at this time.

James went on to state that he believes the last 30 days (in rehab) have been a positive step to rebuilding his life, and says the lifelong commitment he wants to make is 'what being a real husband and father is all about'.

I ask that you please do not judge Sandy for the things I have done. She has done no wrong. She played no part in any of this. She has been an amazing wife, mother, and best friend, for the over 6 years we have been together
