Sarah Jessica Parker Twins: Baby Girls, Marion and Tabitha
The surrogate of actors Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick gave birth to twin girls named Marion and Tabitha.
Twins Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick and Tabitha Hodge Broderick were born around 9 pm, Monday, June 22 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
Simon Halls a spokesperson for Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed the twins' birth in the afternoon of June 23, 2009.
Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick weighed 5 pounds and 11 ounces, and Tabitha Hodge Broderick weighed 6 pounds.
Hodge and Elwell are family names on Parker's side, Mr Halls said.

Parker's surrogate struggled with privacy issues. Parker said that the woman had received phone threats and her computer had been hacked in to. Two police chiefs are being investigated for breaking into the surrogate's home to find information to sell to tabloids. The woman's friends and relatives have also been a target of threats.
Parker and Broderick also have a son, six-year-old James Wilkie Broderick. He was named after Broderick's father, actor James Broderick and author Wilkie Collins.
